You allocate one amount. From it we deduct our fee, the third-party costs of assembly and cleaning. Everything left is the home.
25,000 – 100,000 DKK
The fundamentals: bed, sofa, dining, kitchen, bath — chosen with care from accessible suppliers.
100,000 – 250,000 DKK
A fuller home — mid-range Scandinavian brands, layered textiles, art and lighting that finishes a room.
250,000+ DKK
Designer-led. Longer lead-time pieces, gallery walls, custom touches — a home that looks like you've lived there for years.
Waterfall
Adjust the controls. The waterfall recalculates live. This is the exact math we apply to your project — there are no hidden lines.
Pricing questions
Because the marginal effort on a larger project is not proportional to its size. As budgets grow, our fee % falls — you keep more of the budget in the home.
Third-party costs we pay on your behalf. Assembly is per-room and depends on tier complexity. Cleaning is per the apartment's size (one hour covers ~15m²).
It returns to you in full. Buffer exists for surprises — if there are none, we transfer it back at project close.
